Smart Logistics is a China-based freight forwarder specialising in shipments from China to India. We were set up by people who spent years watching the same problems repeat on this lane: quotes that changed after booking, cargo held because an AD code was never registered, and batteries declared as "electronic parts" until somebody opened the carton.
So we built the business around the opposite habits. Rates that hold. Paperwork checked before the cargo moves. And a straight answer when the shipment you are describing should not be flying at all.
Our operations team sits in China close to the origin airports, so bookings, pickups and export declarations are handled in the same time zone as your supplier. On the Indian side we work with licensed customs brokers at each major airport rather than one national agent — local presence is what gets a query answered the same day instead of the same week.
